利用后弯腰辅助训练器训练学生后弯腰技术的教学实验研究

后弯腰辅助训练器是笔者研制的一种训练器械,该器械已获得国家专利。文章运用文献资料研究法、统计法、比较法、观察法、问卷调查等研究方法,对该训练器在教学中的运用进行实验研究。文章分析了学生完成后弯腰动作的情况,阐述了后弯腰辅助训练器的功能与练习后弯腰动作的使用说明,并对后弯腰辅助训练器的教学实验进行了分析研究。

Backwards bow training facilitator is a kind training apparatus developed by the author,which has won the national patent.Literature method,statistics method,comparative method,observation method,questionnaire etc are all used to study the application of the training facilitator in teaching.First,the thesis analyzes the students＇ backwards bow;then the thesis elaborates the function of backwards bow training facilitator and its instruction;third,the thesis analyzes the teaching experiment of the training facilitator;in the end,a conclusion is drawn.
