面向职业生活,以“知行合一”为导向构建高职人文课程新体系的实践探索 被引量:3

摘要 当前高职院校的人文素质教育面临着严峻的形势,但由于种种原因一直收效甚微,处于热议而少做的尴尬境地,急需从理论和实践上加以突破。而知行合一、知行并进是中国古代哲学中关于道德修养、道德实践理论的精华,对于纠正当前高职人文教育中出现的问题具有重要的借鉴价值和实践意义,当今时代人文教育和职业教育的融合趋势使得突出人文教育的职业性和职业教育的人文性应该成为高职院校人才培养的新目标。因此,高职人文课程应该面向职业生活、以"知行合一"为导向进行重构。基于这种思想,以浙江高职为例对人文课程进行了体系重构和优化的尝试与实践。 Currently,the humanistic quality education of senior vocational schools faces severe problems,but due to various reasons,it is warmly discussed with no effective action.Therefore,breakthroughs are needed theoretically and practically.The unity of both theory and practice is the essence of the ancient Chinese philosophy concerning moral cultivation and enjoys important reference value and practical significance in dealing with the problems in the current humanistic education in senior vocational schools.Nowadays,the trend of the combination of humanistic education and vocational education requires that the senior vocational schools' new goal of personnel training should highlight the profession in humanistic education and the humanity in vocational education.Therefore,humanities course in senior vocational schools should be occupation-oriented and should be reconstructed under the guidance of "unity of theory and practice".Based on this thought,the author takes higher vocational schools in Zhejiang as examples to reconstruct and optimize the humanities courses.
