针对某工程施工阶段进度情况进行了分析,从场地移交、设计变更、地质条件等方面入手,分析了影响施工进度的原因,并提出了进度控制的监理措施,以期指导实践。

With an analysis on the engineering construction phase schedule condition, starting from aspects of field transfer, design change and geological conditions etc, it analyzes causes of influencing construction schedule, and proposes supervision measures for controlling schedule, with a view to guide practice.
