摘要
通过北京某科技园建设的实例说明了我国房地产企业在房地产项目造价控制方面应该注意的环节,从而有效控制工程项目的总体造价,使房地产项目经济效益进一步提高。
Through the scientific park construction case in Beijing, it illustrates matters needing attention in real estate project cost controlling for domestic real estate enterprise. Thus, it can achieve purposes of effectively controlling engineering cost and further improving economic benefit of real estate project.
