师范院校作为人才培养的工作母机,其学校文化关系到师范生的专业素质与情意发展,关系到人才培养目标的全面达成与真正实现,因此师范院校文化建设应成为我们关注的重要主题。师范院校和谐文化建设必须坚持以人为本、师范学科优势维持、强调突出艺术教育、继承与创新相统一等基本原则,在实践中则要重视教师职业技能训练、注重人文精神培育、突出潜在课程的影响作用、加强与中小学的联系与合作等方面,以此促进师范院校文化的和谐、有序发展。

The culture of normal college is closely related not only to the development of students＇ professional quality and affections, but also to the full achievement and realization of personnel training objectives. Hence, the topic of fostering the harmonious culture of normal college is what we have to pay attention to. The construction of normal college＇s harmonious culture should be directed under these principles： students-oriented principle, the principle of keeping normal college＇s branch superiority, the principle of emphasizing art education, and the principle of unifying inheritance and innovation. In order to promote the harmonious and orderly development of culture, the normal college should practically stress the training of professional teaching skill, value the cultivating of humanistic spirit and give prominence to the influence of hidden curriculum.
