摘要 运用平衡轨道模型(Barth模型)和计算流体力学仿真分析技术(CFD),对全吸式干湿两用扫路车用旋风分离器的除尘性能进行了理论计算和仿真分析。主要从旋风分离器的除尘效率方面,对其初始设计方案进行了评价。通过相关的理论模型计算,得到了该型旋风分离器的分级效率曲线。通过数值仿真分析,得到了不同粒径的颗粒在旋风分离器内部的停留时间。最后将模型计算和仿真分析的结果进行了对比验证。同时,也为该型旋风分离器下一步的实际应用提供了理论依据。 We are using the equilibrium orbit model ( Barth model) and the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology to calculate and simulate dust removal performance of the cyclone separator in wet and dry suctions sweep road car. From the dust removal efficiency, initial design scheme is evaluated. Through the calculation, we get the grade efficiency curve of the cyclone separator. Through the simulation, we get the particle residence time of different size. At last, we compare the results of computing and simulation.the results provide the theoretical basis for next application.
