UG MoldWizard是UG系统的一个独立的智能化设计注射模具的模块,它运用知识嵌入的基本理念,按照注射模具设计过程的一般顺序来实现模具设计的整个过程。在本次内螺纹瓶盖的设计中,充分体现UG在注塑模设计中的高效和快捷。通过对内螺纹瓶盖工艺分析,巧妙地采用镶块成型内螺纹和顶出塑件,从而简化模具结构。并对模架、浇注系统、成型零件、推出机构、冷却系统和排气系统等模具的主要组成部分进行了重点分析。实践证明该模具结构合理,运行可靠,塑件质量符合设计要求。

UG MoldWizard is an independent mode of UG system to design injection mold intelligently, witch uses the basic knowledge-embedded theory to realize the whole mold designing process in a normal order of injection mold designing process. Design of internal thread cap mould fully embodies high efficiency and convenience of UG for injection mould design. Based on the analysis of the structure of internal thread cap, skillfully using insert mold internal thread and eject plastic parts, which simplifies the mold structure. The main parts of the mold, such as mold base, gating system, moulding part, ejector mechanism, cooling system and exhaust system, are analyzed in detail. The practical production proved that the mould structure was reasonable, action was reliable and the quality parts met design requirements.
