壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜联合射频治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

目的评价壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜联合射频治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法随机选择壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜联合射频治疗宫颈病变患者120例,单独使用射频治疗宫颈病变患者120例作为对照组。观察两组术后阴道流血、排液情况,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组术后8、12周痊愈率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比,阴道流血量明显减少、时间明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组术后阴道排液量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜联合射频治疗宫颈糜烂疗效好,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinic therapeutic effect of radiofrequency combined chitosan cervical antibacterial film in cervical erosion.Methods 240 cervical erosion cases were divided into observation group and control group,the therapeutic effect,the amount and the time of vaginal bleeding and the volume of vaginal discharge were compared between them.Results The recovery rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and there was significant difference between them（P0.05）.The amount of vaginal bleeding,the time of vaginal bleeding and the volume of vaginal discharge were less than those of the control group and there were significant difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion Radiofrequency combined chitosan cervical antibacterial film was effective to cervical erosion,and is worthy of clinical application.
