67例闭合性腹部外伤患者的临床诊治分析

目的探讨闭合性腹部外伤临床诊治体会。方法 67例闭合性腹部外伤患者作为研究对象,给予及时的诊断,并根据诊断结果施行合适的治疗。结果 67例患者行保守治疗13例,手术治疗54例。62例患者痊愈出院,5例患者死亡。结论闭合性腹部外伤病情危重复杂,因此,在最短的时间内,选择合适的诊断方法,并尽快确定治疗方案,在治疗中根据具体情况选择合适的手术策略,对于改善治疗具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the experience of diagnose and treatment on blunt abdominal trauma.Methods 67 cases of patients as studied object were given timely diagnose,and given proper treatment according diagnostic result.Results Conservative treatment was 13 cases and sugary treatment was54 cases.62 cases cured and 5 cases were dead.Conclusion Blunt abdominal trauma was complicated and serious,so,it should choose right diagnostic method and treatment program as soon as possible.During treatment period,choosing proper surgery strategy according to concrete disease was meaningful for improving prognosis.
