摘要
目的比较胃镜活检与外科病理检查对早期胃癌的诊断价值。方法观察早期胃癌的临床病理特征,评估胃镜活检的诊断价值。结果胃镜活检对早期胃癌的确诊率为80.87%。结论胃镜活检对胃癌的早期诊断具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of gastroscopic biopsies and surgical pathology in early gastric cancer.Methods Clinicopathological characteristics and diagnostic value of gastroscopic biopsies were measured in early gastric cancer.Results The veracious rate of gastroscopic biopsies in early gastric cancer was 80.87%.Conclusion Gastroscopic biopsies may play an important role in early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
