腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术中的临床应用

目的比较两种麻醉方法在剖宫产手术中的临床应用效果。方法 2009年10月～2010年12月,选取行剖宫产手术的孕妇62例,随机分成两组,分别行腰硬联合麻醉和单纯硬膜外麻醉,对两种麻醉方法的起效时间和麻醉效果等指标进行统计学分析。结果腰硬联合麻醉组与单纯硬膜外麻醉组比较,麻醉起效时间明显缩短,局麻药用药量明显减少(P<0.05)。结论腰硬联合麻醉起效时间短、麻醉效果确切、用药量少,可为产妇实施剖宫产手术提供快速满意的麻醉效果,是一种值得信赖的麻醉方法。

Objective To compare two anesthesia for cesarean delivery in the clinical application of results.Methods In October 2009-2010 December,we selected 62 cases of pregnant women in our hospital with cesarean delivery,and randomly divided into two groups,lumbar epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia,since the two anesthetic methods onset time and anesthesia were measured and analyzed statistically.Results Lumbar epidural anesthesia group and epidural anesthesia group,anesthesia was significantly shorter onset time,significantly reduced the amount of local anesthetic agents（P0.05）.Conclusion The onset of lumbar epidural anesthesia time is short,less medication,the implementation of cesarean section for maternal satisfaction with the anesthetic to provide rapid results,is a reliable method of anesthesia.
