干预住院退药前后比较分析

目的了解住院药房退药的原因及所退药品的类型,探讨避免和减少退药行为发生所应采取的防范措施。方法收集江苏省盱眙县人民医院干预前(2011年1～5月)退药数量及金额,干预后(2011年6～8月)退药数量及金额。结果干预前5个月的数量35279支,金额74.5万元;干预后3个月退药数量25584支,金额50.9万元,干预后比干预前数量减少了29%,金额减少36%。结论医院采取各种干预措施后,退药数量及金额明显减少,确保了患者用药安全。

Objective To understand the reason and types of returning medicine from inpatients in our hospital and discuss the precautionary measures to avoid or reduce returning medicine from inpatients.Methods Counting the quantity and amount of money of returning medicine in hospital before intervention（January 2011 to May2011） and after intervention（Jun,2011-Aug,2011）.Results In the three months before intervention,the quantity of returning medicine from inpatients is 35279 and the sum of money is 745,000 RMB.In the three months after intervention measures were taken,the quantity of returning medicine from inpatients is 25584 and the sum of money is 477,000 RMB.The quantity of returning medicine reduced 29% and the sum of money reduced 36% after intervention.Conclusion After taking several useful intervention measures,the quantity and sum of money of returning drugs reduced obviously,this should contribute to the safety of medication.
