现代烟草农业发展中的土地流转问题研究

It is an important task of developing tobacco industry to strengthen infrastructure construction, and execute large--scale planting, intensive management, specialization and information management. This paper discusses the main problems in land circulation,for example,how to defend the farmer land contrac- ting legitimate rights and interests,how to protect the farmer benefit under the premise, how to deal with the land moderate centralism contradiction, etc. , so as to provide references for promoting the development of modern tobacco agriculture and accelerating circulation of tobacco planting land.
