Promoting Meticulous Management to Achieve "Four Transcends"

积石峡水电站提出了"四个超越"的建设目标,即在"四大"控制(安全、质量、投资、进度)、安全文明施工、优化设计、生态环境保护四方面超越黄河上游已建、在建工程。按此目标,建立了相应的精细化管理体系,制定了精细化管理措施。

The goal of ＂Four Transcends＂ is proposed in the construction of Jishixia Hydropower Station, that is, to exceed other constructing or constructed hydropower stations in the upstream of Yellow River from four aspects of four-big controls （safety, quality, investment and schedule）, safe and civilized construction, design optimization and ecological environment protection. The meticulous management system and measures are developed for achieving the goal.
