积石峡水电站导流洞交叉段平顶扭面拱衬砌模板及支撑设计

摘要 积石峡水电站导流洞与中孔泄洪洞交叉段体形复杂、施工场地狭窄、施工质量要求高,其顶拱形式为两个城门形顶拱相切形成的平顶扭面拱。根据这些特点和施工特殊性,对交叉段模板及支撑系统进行了设计,并采用底部钢管支柱支撑桁架梁平台,平台上搭设碗扣式脚手架支撑顶部模板的施工方案,成功克服了施工中的各种问题,及时有效地完成了衬砌施工。 The cross section of diversion and middle spillway tunnels in Jishixia Hydropower Station has a complex shape and the crown is a flat-twisted arch as the tangeney of two gate-shaped crowns. Because of the narrow construction site and high construction quality requirements, the formwork and support system for the concrete lining of cross section are specially designed as using steel pillars in bottom to support truss beam platform and setting cuploek scaffold on the platform to support crown formwork. The problems in construction are successfully solved and the lining construction is timely completed.
