积石峡水电站进水口拦污栅施工综述

Intake Trashrack Construction in Jishixia Hydropower Station

积石峡水电站在进水口拦污栅施工过程中,为控制施工成本和施工工期,采取了一系列的措施,如栅墩采用定型模板施工,联系梁采用钢管柱支撑和吊模方式施工,联系板采用吊模、钢管及脚手架立柱支撑方式施工等,最终节约了施工成本,并满足了工期要求,拦污栅施工质量达到了清水混凝土标准。

For controlling the cost and duration, some measures are undertaken during the construction of intake trashrack in Jishixia Hydropower Station, including using shaped formwork to construct piers, using steel pipe columns as support and hanging formwork to construct contact beams, and using steel pipe columns and scaffoldings as support and hanging formwork to construct contact plates. The construction meets the requirements on cost and duration, and the quality also meets the requirements on as-cast finish concrete.
