摘要
在分析了积石峡水电站压力钢管钢材特性的前提下,以焊接工艺评定试验为基础,结合施工现场实际焊接经验,确定积石峡水电站压力钢管焊接质量控制要点,对压力钢管各环节进行严格的质量控制,从而保证了压力钢管的焊接质量。
Based on the analysis of steel characteristic, welding process tests and local conditions, the quality control measures on penstock welding for Jishixia Hydropower Station are determined. These measures are strictly implemented in actual welding and the quality of penstocks is guaranteed.
