摘要
积石峡水电站超大型弧形闸门安装中利用了非常规安装方式和多种焊接变形控制技术,对闸门组拼、焊接安装全过程进行了跟踪和研究。通过采用预留收缩余量和反变形量,钢性加固、合理选择焊接方法以及调整焊接顺序等措施,保障了其安装质量、节约了工程投资,解决了土建与金结施工同步进行的难题,缩短了施工直线工期。
Because the unconventional method and a variety of welding deformation controls will be used in the installation of extra-large radial gate for Jishixia Hydropower Station, the whole installation process including combination, assembly and welding is studied. By reserving contraction and anti-deformation margins, reinforcing, selecting reasonable welding method and adjusting welding sequence, the installation quality is guaranteed and the investment is saved. The conflict between civil engineering and metal structure constructions is solved and the construction duration is also shortened.
