摘要
从cdma 1x终端空闲待机模式、接入负荷分担模式、双载波边界区域切换机制选择角度考虑了双载波规划优化策略;并以B城市城区201载波调整优化方案实施为例,评估了网络质量改善效果,并总结推广双载波规划优化经验。
