转化生长因子β的活化调节 被引量:3

摘要 转化生长因子β(TGF-βs)是一类具有双向调节功能的生长因子,参与了多种疾病的发生与发展.在调节细胞的生长和分化中起重要作用。TGF-β以无活性pro-TGF-β形式产生,需活化才具生物学活性。其活化主要涉及两步。第一步:pro-TGF-β经过一系列复杂的加工形成latentTGF-β.此过程主要涉及到弗林蛋白酶(Furin)对pro-TGF-β的加工催化,以及Emilinl的负向调节。
