制订合理的低碳城市评价指标体系对科学指导城市低碳经济发展方向有重要作用。根据低碳城市含义,建立低碳城市评价指标体系,并将南京、上海近十年的城市低碳水平动态发展状况作对比,针对各自特征给出具体建议。

Formulating a reasonable low-carbon city evaluating indicator system is important for developing low-carbon economy. According to the low-carbon city meaning, the article establishes the low-carbon city evaluating indicator system, and makes contrast of low-carbon level dynamic development condition between Nanjing and Shanghai for near ten years. Then, it gives the concrete proposal for the two cities.
