外资的引入对于弥补经济建设国内资金短缺,提升产业结构,增加就业和促进进出口等起到了重要的作用,但是其对我国经济增长的技术贡献率却十分有限。借助于"索洛余值"模型,对于外资在我国经济增长的技术贡献率进行测算研究,分析得出同现实一致的结论。因此,我国要进一步推动利用外资从"量"到"质"的根本转变,使利用外资的重点从弥补资金、外汇不足转到引进先进技术、管理经验和高素质人才上来,全面提高引资的技术水平。

The foreign capital plays an important role in making up for domestic capital shortage, improving industry structure, increasing employment and promoting export. But it has a limited contribution on China＇s technology progress. This article measures foreign capital in the country＇s economic growth contribution of technology by ＂Solow＇s residual value＂ model and analyses the unanimous conclusion with the realistic society.
