纳米银液纯化工艺的研究

摘要 目的:为纳米银液的纯化寻找一种理想的方法。方法:以超滤法作为基本方法,考察压力、温度、纳米银液的稀释倍数及滤膜类型对纯化效果的影响,以确定理想的超滤工艺。结果:将纳米银液稀释3倍,在0.1 MPa压力、25~30℃下选用截留相对分子质量为5 000的中空纤维超滤膜超滤,可得到高纯度纳米银,且纳米银的回收率较高。结论:该方法用于纳米银的纯化切实可行。 OBJECTIVE To search a suitable method for the purification of silver nanoparticle mixed with nitrate, ammonia and maltose. METHODS On the bases of ultrafiltration, the pressure, temperature, dilution times and ultrafiltration membrane type were studied to elucidate their effects on purification of silver nanoparticle. RESULTS Under the condations of 0. 1 MPa pressure,25-30 ℃,dilution three times, the silver nanoparticle solution was ultrafiltrated by the Hollow Fiber Ultrafiltration membrane with the molecular cutting off 5 000. A pqrified silver nanoparticle solution could be obtained with high purity and recovery. CONCLUSION The method is suitable for the purification of silver nanoparticle solution with impurities.
