江苏省部分城市2010年公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生学调查 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解我省部分城市2010年公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况。预防空气传播性疾病在公共场所中传播,保障公众健康。方法抽查集中空调通风系统经过清洗及少量新建尚未投入使用的宾馆、饭店、商场超市、医院等137家场所,依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》进行检测。结果共监测三城市公共场所集中空调通风系统风管内表面积尘量1224件样品,合格率92%;细菌总数852件样品,合格率97%;真菌总数849件样品,合格率93%。测定553个送风口,PM10合格率93%;细菌总数总合格率85.1%;真菌总数合格率82%;β-溶血性链球菌均未检出。冷却水样品56件,嗜肺军团菌阳性率54.2%。结论三城市集中空调通风系统虽大部分经过清洗,仍然存在卫生安全隐患,必须进一步强化公共场所集中空调通风系统的清洗和消毒工作,同时必须强化监督管理。 Objectives To investigate and evaluate the hygienic status of central air conditioning systems in public places of some cities in Jiangsu Province. Methods According to the "Hygienic Standards for Central Air Conditioning Ventilation System in Public Places", air conditioning systems in 137 hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and other places were investigated and tested. Results The qualified rate for dust weight, bacteria counts, total fungus counts on the air duct surface were 92% , 97% and 93% , respectively. The qualified rate for PM10, bacteria counts, total fungus counts and β-hemolytic streptococcus in air supply outlets were 93% , 85.1% , 82% and 100% , respectively. The positive rate for Legionella pneumophila was 54.2%. Conclusions Although most of central air conditioning systems have been cleaned, hidden health risks were still existed. Strengthening on cleaning and disinfection of air conditioning system in public places and also on supervision and management of them must be further emphasized.
