摘要
配电自动化是提高供电可靠性和供电质量、扩大供电能力、实现配电网高效经济运行的重要手段,也是实现智能电网的重要基础之一。2009年5月,国家电网公司明确提出建设"具有信息化、自动化、互动化的智能电网",刘振亚总经理在《国家电网公司第二届职工代表大会第一次会议暨2011年工作会议上的报告》中明确指出至2015年基本建成统一坚强智能电网。智能电网战略目标的提出给配电自动化注入了新的内涵,也给配电自动化带来了新的生机,为配电自动化的发展指明了方向。
Distribution automation （DA）is an important means of improving power supply reliability and power quality,expanding supply capacity,realizing distribution network efficient operation,also is one of the important foundations for achieving smart grid.May 2009, State Grid Corporation proposed building ＂Smart Grid with information technology, automation,interactive ＂, at the the second Congress of Trade Unions conference ,General Manager Liu zhen ya clear that：Basically completed by 2015 ,an unified strong and smart grid will be completed by 2015.This objectives propose distribution automation into a new meaning,also bring distribution automation to a new vitality,point out the direction for distribution automation.
