“唤醒”藏语嘉绒方言——访法国语言学家向柏霖教授

On Gyalrong Dialect of Tibetan Language——An interview with Guillaume Jacques,a French Linguist

法国语言学家向柏霖教授(Guillaume Jacques),曾在巴黎第五大学语言学系任教,现任法国国家科学研究中心(CNRS)东亚语言研究所研究员,主要从事汉语音韵学、嘉绒话茶堡方言、古藏文研究及汉藏语比较研究。一直以来,藏语基础方言与标准音、藏语标准话统一、藏汉双语教育在学术界有较多争议。为更好理解语言改革中共同语与地方方言复杂关系,文章围绕藏语嘉绒方言特点、研究意义、存在问题及未来前景访谈了法国学者向柏霖,希望藉此引发更多人关注语言学家在"唤醒"少数民族地方方言过程中的艰辛努力及其独特研究价值。

Guillaume Jacques, a French linguist, is a researcher of Cahiers de Linguistique Asie Orientale （CRLAO）of Centre national de la recherche scientifique （CNRS） in France. He has mainly studied Chinese language＇s phonology, Gyalrong dialect of Tibetan language, Dung＇huang Tibetan Language and the comparison between Chinese and Tibetan languages. So far many controversies has remained on the root dialects, standard pronounciation of Tibetan language, the unification of the standard pronounciationof Tibetan language, and the Tibetan and Chinese＇s bilingual education. With the purpose of understanding the complicated relationship between common language and dialects, we interviewed Guillaume Jacques about the features of Japhug dialect of rGyalrong language, the significance of doing the research of the dialect, and the problems and perspectives of the research so as to have people notice the efforts the linguists have made to revive the dialects of the ethnic groups and its significance.
