基于包容性增长理念下的西藏农牧区扶贫开发探析

A Research on the Poverty Alleviation and Development of Agricultural and Pastoral Areas of Tibet with the Concept of Inclusive Growth

包容性增长是一种共享式增长或益贫增长的理念,这种增长理念和扶贫开发有密切的关系。文章阐述了在西藏倡导包容性增长对于促进扶贫开发的重要意义,以及西藏农牧区贫困的主要特征,进而对促进西藏农牧区扶贫开发的路径提出了自己的见解。

Inclusive growth is a concept of shared growth or pro-poor growth, and this concept is closely related to poverty alleviation through development. This article discusses the significance of advocating the appliance of the inclusive growth in Tibet＂s poverty alleviation through development, and the main characteristics of the poverty-stricken agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet. On the base of the discussion, some strategies of promoting the poverty alleviation through development of agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet are proposed in the article as well.
