浅析我国少数民族期刊事业的发展状况及提升对策

少数民族期刊是我国文化出版物的一个组成部分,是民族工作的重要内容。少数民族期刊经历了萌芽期、成长期、发展期的发展过程,呈现出鲜明的民族特色。它在培养少数民族文化新人、繁荣母语创作等方面发挥着重要作用;在宣传党和国家的方针政策,传播科学知识和先进文化等方面发挥了重要作用。但是,少数民族期刊发展也面临着挑战和困境。文章认为,提高少数民族期刊的知名度和影响力,必须坚持改革和创新,强化质量和责任,加强期刊编辑的人才队伍建设。

The journals of ethnic minorities are an integral part of China＇s cultural publications. The journals have been gone through the stages of germination, growth and development, and present a distinctive national features. They play an important role in cuhivating ethnic scholars and encouraging minorities to write in ethnic languages. While publicizing Party＇s and state＇s principles and policies, conveying scientific knowledge, spreading advanced culture, and encouraging healthy social trends, the journals play an irreplaceable role as well. However, the development of the journals are facing challenges and difficulties now, so it is necessary to enhance their reputation and influence, to bring forth new ideas into them, to strengthen quality control and responsibility system as well as to train personnel troops of qualified editors.
