西藏妇女教育的发展对策探析

On the Development of Women's Education in Tibet

妇女教育主要是结合妇女的现状与特点进行的教育,旨在帮助妇女提高各方面的素质,以使她们明确自身的社会价值,从而实现妇女解放与男女的真正平等,实现妇女事业的发展和社会的和谐进步。文章从西藏妇女教育的发展入手,分析了当前西藏妇女教育中存在的问题,并提出了未来妇女教育发展的对策。

Women＇s education is operated primarily based on women＇s status and characteristics aiming to to help women to improve their quality in every aspect, so that they can affirm their social value, and enjoy liberation and equality. Education plays a important role in women＇s advancement and social harmony. The article firstly discusses the development of Tibetan women＇s education, and then analyzes the problems existed in Tibetan women＇s education presently, at last, propuses some strategies for further development of women＇s education in the future.
