摘要
藏民族传统体育历史悠久,有着丰富的藏民族文化内涵。文章认为,在《新课程标准》中将藏族传统体育项目有机地纳入体育课与学生课外体育活动,是传承与发展藏族传统体育的有效途径。
The curriculum reform of school sports is a part of the new round China＇s curriculum reform. Traditional Tibetan sports has a long history with rich Tibetan cultural connotation. The curriculum reform allows physical education teachers to decide the teaching contents by themselves. If the teachers bring traditional Tibetan sports into school sports and extracurricular sports activities, it will undoubtedly be in favor of the inheritance and development of traditional Tibetan sports.
