Studying the Strategy of Improving Competitive Advantage of Our Nation from the Perspective of Security Interests

从国家安全利益的视角构建的国家综合竞争优势包括:国家经济竞争优势、国家政治竞争优势、国家军事竞争优势、国家外交竞争优势和国家文化竞争优势。国家综合竞争优势既取决于这五种竞争优势的强弱,同时也取决于这五种竞争优势之间的内在关联关系的协调程度。提高我国的国家综合竞争优势,既要采取提升五种竞争优势发展水平的措施,也要采取密切五种竞争优势之间内在关联关系的措施;提高我国基于相应安全利益的各单项竞争优势,既要采取提升决定各单项竞争优势的相应单项要素的发展水平的措施,也要采取密切各单项要素之间内在关联关系的措施。

National comprehensive competitive advantages in the view of national security interests should be built in the following aspects: economic competitive advantage,political competitive advantage,military competitive advantage,diplomatic competitive advantage and culture competitive advantage.The strength of these five advantages and their internal connection and coordination decide national comprehensive competitive advantage.The improvement of our national comprehensive competitive advantage should enhance the progress of these five advantages and adopt measures to strengthen the related relationship of their cooperation.Meanwhile,we should improve each factor in competitive advantages and take measures to enhance the relative relationship of these factors.
