摘要
环境毒物急性或慢性暴露不仅可以诱发对于暴露动物的毒性作用,还可能使诱发的毒性从暴露亲代传递到子代。笔者对各种金属以及磺胺甲唑与丙烯酰胺等有机污染物暴露所致秀丽线虫毒性的世代间传递情况、环境毒物暴露所致毒性在秀丽线虫世代间传递的特点及其可能机制作一综述。
Environmental toxicants can not only induce the toxicity through acute or chronic exposure ,but also induce the toxicity which can be further transferred from exposed parents to their progeny. In this review, the research progresses on the transfer of toxicity induced by different metals and organic pollutants, such as sulfamethoxazole and acrylamide, from exposed parents to their progeny, the transfer characteristics of toxicity from exposed parents to their progeny, and the possible regulation mechanisms on toxicity transfer from exposed parents to their progeny in nematode Caenorhabditis elegons were reviewed .
