唐山市市售化妆品标签标识的现况调查

Investigation on Current Status of Labeling on Cosmetics in Tangshan Markets

目的了解唐山市市售化妆品的标签标注情况,为唐山市化妆品的监督工作提供依据。方法在唐山市市区按照随机抽样的方法抽取大型商场超市、小型超市、部分销售化妆品的个体经销商商店,现场调查其化妆品标签的基本情况。结果共采集1009份化妆品样本,其总体合格率为80.2%;国产普通化妆品的合格率(82.2%)高于特殊用途化妆品(66.3%)和进口化妆品(76.9%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);大型商场超市的国产普通及特殊用途化妆品合格率(86.7%,80.6%)高于小型超市、个体经销商商店的化妆品合格率(73.4%,38.2%),且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论唐山市市售化妆品的标签标识仍是日后监督工作的主要问题。

Objectives In order to understand the current situation of labeling on cosmetics in Tangshan, and to provide evidence for supervision and management of cosmetics in markets in the future. Methods Samples were collected by random from large shopping malls, small supermarkets and some shops selling cosmetics in downtown in Tangshan. Labels on cosmetics were checked and carefully recorded. Results A total of 1009 samples were collected, and the pass rate of labeling was 80.2%. The pass rate of labels on ordinary domestic cosmetics （82.2%） was higher than that on the cosmetics for special used （66.3%） and imported cosmetics （76.9%） （P 〈 0.01 ）. The pass rate of labels on common and special used cosmetics in large shopping malls（86.7% ,80.6% ） was higher than that in small supermarkets, and individual dealers（73.4% ,38.2% ） （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Identification of labeling on cosmetics is still a main issue to be supervised in Tangshan.
