摘要
目的为保护人群健康,研究制定石油化工行业典型生产装置的卫生防护距离标准。方法利用EPA筛选范围法测算苯酚丙酮装置特征污染物的无组织排放量。结果根据测算出的特征污染物无组织排放量,计算出苯酚丙酮装置的卫生防护距离为200 m。结论利用EPA筛选范围法可较准确地确定装置的主要无组织排放源,同时还可克服石油化工企业内装置之间无组织排放污染物相互干扰的实际问题。
Objectives Establishing health-protection zone standards for petrochemical industries is to protect the public health of people. Method Fugitive emissions from phenol and acetone plants were determined by EPA screening method and ground concentration inverse calculation method. Result The health-protection zone for phenol and acetone plant is 200 meters. Conclusion Combining EPA screening method with ground concentration inverse calculation method can accurately determine the fugitive emission sources and overcome the mutual interferences among various plants in petrochemical enterprises.
