摘要 为了提高涡旋型线的评定精度和效率,基于展成法开发了涡旋型线误差快速测量系统,分别对固定涡旋体和转动涡旋体进行测量.建立了以涡旋中心偏差和转角偏差为参数的涡旋型线径向误差数学模型.分别采用不同的优化算法对涡旋型线误差进行了评定,评定结果表明:多种群实数编码遗传算法(RMGA)对固定涡旋体和转动涡旋体涡旋型线误差评定结果分别为13.01和11.48μm.RMGA能满足涡旋型线误差的评定精度和效率. In order to improve the evaluation accuracy and efficiency,A novel rapid measuring system for scroll profile error was developed based on generating method.The fixed scroll and orbiting scroll was measured by the new measuring system.A mathematical model of scroll profile radial error was established by deviation of scroll centre and rotational angle.Evaluation of scroll profile error was finished by different kinds of optimization algorithm.The evaluation results of scroll profile error show that profile errors of fixed scroll and orbiting scroll are 13.01 and 11.48 μm respectively based on real-code multi-population genetic algorithm(RMGA).RMGA can make improvement of evaluation accuracy and efficiency.
