恶露不尽血瘀证型动物模型建立及评价标准和作用机制研究

Establishment,evaluation criterion and mechanism of post-natal lochia endless rats model with syndrome of blood stasis

目的:建立寒湿合并抗早孕药物引起的大鼠恶露不尽血瘀证型动物模型。方法:冰水冷浸及米非司酮配伍米索前列醇灌胃早孕大鼠。结果:可致早孕大鼠出现血瘀样恶露量减少和舌色绛紫舌苔厚舌质湿腻等症状。结论:本模型可作为血瘀证型恶露不尽防治研究的药效评价实用模型。

Objective： To establish animal model for blood-stasis postpartum lochiorrhea induced by contraceptive drugs for early-pregnancy in cold-wet rats.Methods： Mifepristone and Misoprostol were given to early pregnant rats（immersed in frozen water in advance） orally.Results： The amount of blood stasis in the rats was decreased.There also appeared some symptoms,including purple tongue color,thick tongue fur,and moist tongue quality.Conclusion： This model can be used in the pharmacological studies of new drugs for preventing blood-stasis postpartum lochiorrhea.
