冠心病中医证型与心率变异性关系初步探讨

Relationships between Chinese medical syndrome types of coronary heart disease and heart rate variability

目的:探讨HRV与冠心病中医不同证型之间关系。方法:选取冠心病患者112例并根据临床症状辨证分型为本虚、标实两型,分别与健康对照组进行对比。结果:冠心病组HRV较健康对照组明显下降;两型间对比以本虚组HRV下降较为明显。结论:冠心病患者均存在HRV下降,且以本虚者为下降较甚。

Objective： To investigate the HRV and coronary heart disease between different syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods： 112 patients with coronary heart disease based on clinical symptoms and syndrome type-based virtual,standard actually two types,respectively,compared with the healthy control group.Results： CHD HRV decreased significantly compared with the healthy control group;between the two types compared to the virtual group HRV decreased more significantly.Conclusion： Coronary artery disease patients had decreased HRV,and to those of the virtual rather than decrease.
