芦荟大黄素促进皮肤创伤修复作用机理研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:研究芦荟大黄素对皮肤创伤的修复作用及作用机理。方法:(1)MTS法测定含芦荟大黄素100、200、300、400μg/ml的培养液对大鼠成纤维细胞增殖的作用;(2)使用含芦荟大黄素100、200、300、400μg/ml的药液治疗大鼠皮肤创伤模型,检测创缘组织bFGF、EGF、vEGF表达量及羟脯氨酸含量。结果:(1)含400μg/ml芦荟大黄素的培养液使细胞成活率最高;(2)含300μg/ml芦荟大黄素的药液对大鼠创伤的疗效最佳。结论:芦荟大黄素可有效促进创伤愈合,其促进创伤愈合的机理之一为增强皮肤及皮肤血管相关的生长因子的表达,从而促进创面的修复愈合。 Objective:Study on the mechanism of Aloe-emodin which can stimulate skin wound healing.Methods:(1) The fibroblasts of rat was trained with medium containing Aloe-emodin as 100、200、300 and 400 μg/ml.The proliferation of fibroblasts was examined by MTS.(2) Created the wound model of rat skin and treated them with different concentrations of Aloe-emodin solutions which are 100、200、300 and 400 μg/ml.Then tested the growth factors bFGF,EGF and vEGF.Examined the hydroxyproline of the trauma margin.Results:(1) The 400 μg/ml Aloe-emodin solution had the highest cell survive rate.(2)The 300 μg/ml Aloe-emodin solution showed the best healing effect on rat wound.Conclusion:The Aloe-emodin encourage the wound healing effectively by enhancing the growth factor of skin and blood vessel expression.
