摘要
艾灸的生物物理效应和治疗作用与灸材艾绒燃烧产生的诸多物理特性密切相关。本文总结了前人对灸材艾绒燃烧的温度、热值、辐射光谱3个方面物理特性的研究现状,阐述了目前研究中存在的问题,认为关于灸材艾绒燃烧物理特性的研究需要针灸学者联合相关工程技术人员共同设计实验方案和检测方法,在统一的技术条件下检测不同品质艾绒燃烧的物理特性,建立实验数据库及数据共享平台,将有助于深化人们对艾灸起效机制的认识和研究。
The biologic and physical effects of moxibustion are closely related to the physical features produced by moxa floss burning.This article summarized the present situation of the physical features of burning moxa floss from the aspects of temperature,heat value and radiation spectrum and also elaborated on the existing problems.It stated that it was necessary for acupuncturists to work together with related engineering staff to design the experimental plan and test methods,and that it was important to measure the physical features of burning moxa floss of different qualities under standardized technology conditions and set up experimental databases and data sharing platforms,which would help researchers to promote further understanding and research of the effect mechanism of moxibustion.
