摘要
通过建立超高速卷烟机烟支切割系统的仿真模型,阐述了运用三维建模软件Pro/E和动力学仿真软件Adams进行虚拟样机仿真的方法和步骤,并对系统模型进行运动学和动力学仿真,分析了喇叭嘴机构运动行程与烟支长度规格之间的关系,以及喇叭嘴机构动力特征。喇叭嘴运动行程仿真结果与理论值、实际值相比较,二者良好吻合,相对误差小于1%。运用虚拟样机技术,可以提高设计效率,降低产品开发成本和设计风险,缩短产品研发周期。
By establishing a simulation model of super speed tobacco rod cutting system,the method and procedures for virtual prototype simulation with three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E and kinetics simulation software Adams were described.Via kinetics and kinematics simulation of the model,the relationship between ledger stroke and cut length of tobacco rod,as well as the kinetic characters of the ledger mechanism were analyzed.The simulated results well agreed with the theoretical and actual values with the relative error of 1%.Virtual prototype technology can improve design efficiency,reduce the design risk and costs of product development,shorten development cycle.
