基于灰色关联分析的云南烟叶化学成分适宜性评价 被引量:24

摘要 为了提高云南烟叶在"利群"牌卷烟中的使用效率,对2009年云南8个主产烟区44个烟叶样品的烟碱、钾、氯、总氮、总糖、糖/碱比和钾/氯比与"利群"牌卷烟的烟叶原料要求进行了灰色关联分析和感官质量评价。结果表明:各个产区烟叶样品与"利群"牌卷烟烟叶原料要求的灰色关联度分别是0.84,0.80,0.72,0.71,0.68,0.67,0.59和0.53,此灰色关联度与评吸结果基本一致。 In order to use Yunnan flue-cured tobacco leave in cigarettes of "Liqun" brand more effectively,the grey incidence analysis of nicotine,potassium,chloride,total nitrogen,total sugar,the ratio of sugar to nicotine,and the ratio of potassium to chloride in 44 flue-cured tobacco samples from 8 growing areas in Yunnan province in 2009 with the requirements of "Liqun" brand cigarettes was conducted,and the sensory quality of the samples was panel tested.The results indicated that grey incidence degrees of the samples from various areas with the requirements for "Liqun" brand cigarettes were 0.84,0.80,0.72,0.71,0.68,0.67,0.59,and 0.53,respectively,which basically agreed with the results of sensory quality evaluation.
