新药三苯双脒肠溶片治疗钩虫感染的效果观察

Observation on efficacy of tribendimidine in treament of hookworm infection

目的评价三苯双脒肠溶片治疗钩虫感染者的安全性和疗效。方法采用改良加藤涂片法(Kato-Katz)进行基线调查确诊为钩虫感染,部分钩虫感染者中用钩蚴培养法鉴定虫种。4～14岁儿童钩虫感染者顿服三苯双脒200mg,15岁以上人群钩虫感染者顿服三苯双脒400mg,病例服药前后经实验室检查,治疗后2～4周用1送3检方法粪检,评价治疗效果,并观察不良反应。结果 4～14岁儿童钩虫感染治愈率及有效率分别为78.15%(236/301)和97.34%(293/301);15岁以上人群钩虫感染治愈率及有效率分别为85.59%(341/395)和99.24%(392/395)。三苯双脒的不良反应轻微且短暂,主要表现为头晕、眼花,对血、尿常规、肝肾功能和心电图无明显影响,儿童未见不良反应。结论三苯双脒治疗钩虫感染的疗效显著,不良反应率低,值得推广应用。

Objectve To evaluate safety and efficacy of tribendimidine entenric-coated tablet in treatment of hook worm infected patients.Methods The confirmed hookworm case was found by Kato-Katz method and the species of hookworm was recognized by culture method.The infected children aobv age of 15 years was given 400mg tribendimidine need to be taken at a draught otherwise,The results were evaluated 2 and 4 weeks afte treatment.Results The cure rate and effective rate of children aged 4 to 14 years were 78.15%（236/301） and 97.34%（293/301）.The cure rate and effective rate of children above 15 years were 85.59%（341/395） and 99.24%（392/395）.The advserse reactions of tribendimidine was mild,mainly dizziness and vertigo,and no obvious side effects on liver and kidney functions and in routine urine and blood examination.Conclusion Tribendimidine is highly effective in treatment of hookworm infection with low side effect and worthy for clinical application.
