摘要 半乳糖凝集素能识别和特异性结合β-半乳糖苷,调控肿瘤细胞转化、生存、促进肿瘤细胞迁移和转移等,与肿瘤的诊断、进展和预后相关,还能作为免疫调节分子调节免疫细胞生存、活化、增殖、分化,是肿瘤免疫微环境的组成成分之一。 Galectins can recognize and specifically bind to β-galaetosidase, and regulate the transformation and survival of tumor cells, and promote the migration and metastasis of tumor cells, etc. Galectins correlate with tumor diagnosis, progression and prognosis. Galectins also can serve as immunoregulatory molecules to regulate the survival, activation, proliferation and differentiation of immune cells, and are components of tumor immune microenvironment.
