再创造式音乐治疗对孤独症儿童的疗效研究 被引量:16

On the Effect of the Re-creative Music Therapy on Autistic Children

摘要 研究目的:探究音乐治疗后孤独症儿童临床症状的改善状况。方法:对5名不同程度的孤独症儿童实施18次个别治疗和18次团体治疗,分析治疗前后被试在《孤独症儿童行为检查量表》(ABC)中的得分变化、治疗过程的观察记录以及家长和教师的访谈情况,来检验再创造式音乐治疗改善孤独症儿童临床症状的成效。结果:经过三个月的音乐治疗,孤独症儿童在感觉、交往、语言、运动能力方面都有明显改善。结论:再创造式音乐治疗有利于孤独症儿童在交往、语言和运动等方面的康复。 This study aims to probe into the effect of the re-creative music therapy on autistic children, by giving 5 children with different degrees of autism an individual music therapy on 18 occasions, as well as a group music therapy on 18 occasions. The authors analyze the scores achieved by these children before and after the music therapy according to the Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC), the observations during the treatment, and the interviews given to the children's parents and teachers, so as to examine the effect of the re-creative music therapy on these autistic children. After three months of the music therapy, the autistic children's feeling, communication, language and movement have been significantly improved. Consequently, the authors conclude that the re-creative music therapy is conducive to autistic children's rehabilitation in communication, language and movement.
