中国共产党90年的历史,就是一部不断解放和改善民生的历史。党在领导民生解放和民生建设的过程中,通过系统地解答"什么是民生,怎么样保障和改善民生"这一民生观的基本问题,形成并发展了具有鲜明特色的民生观,呈现出"理论性与实践性的统一,阶级性与人民性的统一,科学性与价值性的统一,现实性与理想性的统一,继承性与创新性的统一,板块性与整体性的统一,普遍性与特殊性的统一"等基本特点,系统地把握党民生观的这些基本特点,对于我们党在新的历史起点上继续践行党的根本宗旨,着力保障和改善民生,具有重要的启示意义。

90-years＇ history of the Chinese Communist Party is a history of liberating and improving people＇s livelihood constantly. In the process of the livelihood of the liberation and construction, by the means of answering ＂What is livelihood？ How to protect and improve people＇s livelihood？＂ Systematically, it has formed and developed a distinctive concept of the people＇s livelihood with the basic characteristics showing a unity of theory and practice, unity of class and the people, unity of science and value, unity of reality and ideal, unity of continuity and innovation, the unity of integrity and plate, unity of universality and particularity, unity of comprehensiveness and focus. It is greatly significant to systematically grasp these features of CPC＇s people＇s livelihood while the party implements its general principle to protect and improve the people＇s livelihood in the new historical starting point.
