摘要
针对某款设计中的公交车,利用Fluent对其热管理系统进行了分析,结果显示该车在计算工况下冷却模块性能较差,发动机舱内局部区域空气温度已达100°以上。其主要原因包括高温空气的回流,上隔板对空气流动的阻挡和中冷器上气室对散热器的不良影响。结构改进后,冷却模块工作条件得到很大改善,满足设计要求。
The analysis on the heat management system of a bus under design has been proceeded by the CFD simulation software Fluent. The results show that the cooling package of the bus on the calculation condition works in a poor environment. Some air temperature o is above 100°. The main reasons are on recirculation of high temperature air, block of the upper barrier on the air flow and the bad influence of the CAC upper chamber on the radiator. The work environment of the cool- ing package is greatly improved after some structural modifications are made, so the system meets the design demand.
