通过对4L22BZ型柴油机采用不同厂家的活塞环和活塞的试验对比分析表明,引起漏气量大的主要原因在于一气环与环槽的下梯形面接触带的连续与面积大小。并介绍了所采取的相应措施。
By the contrast test of the piston and the piston ring from different factories that are used in 4L22BZ diesel engine, it is found that the main reason causing heavy air leakage is the continual contact area between the ring and the taper surface of the ring groove. The paper proposes measures for it.
