摘要
研究了顶驱用斜盘式轴向柱塞泵出口压力、流量特性。根据顶驱用斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的内部结构及部件工作原理,推导了顶驱用斜盘式轴向柱塞泵单个柱塞运动模型,设计了顶驱用斜盘式轴向柱塞泵基于AMESim的部件及整体仿真模型。通过参数设置、模型仿真,确定顶驱用斜盘式轴向柱塞泵调压阀的预紧力是影响最大出口压力的主要因素。针对顶驱液压系统的工作压力需要,通过参数调整,确定顶驱用斜盘式轴向柱塞泵工作时,调压阀预紧力的数值。
In order to study outlet pressure and flow characteristics of swash-plate axial piston pump in top drive,the kinetic model derived by single piston and the simulation models of the main parts and whole pump based on the AMESim software are established according to the structure and working principle of swash-plate axial piston pump used in top drive.By using the parameters setting and simulation,the preload of pressure regulating valve is the key factor affecting outlet pressure.In order to satisfy the need of working pressure in hydraulic system of top drive,the preload of pressure regulating valve is determined for hydraulic system of top drive by adjusting the parameter setting of pressure regulating valve.
