基于Fluent的旋转射流风机消除上隅角瓦斯超限数值分析

摘要 结合"U"型通风系统回采工作面的特点和旋转射流风流流动规律,提出了用高速旋转射流风机消除回采工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚的方法。利用流体计算软件对旋转射流风机布置在同一断面上的3个不同位置进行了模拟分析计算。此方法对消除回采工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚是可行的。风机布置的3种情况对主风流的影响不同,风机处于巷道断面中间时影响最大,对驱散回采工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚的效果也不同,风机置于采空区和顶板夹角位置时效果最佳。 Based on the characteristics of the working face of a U type ventilation system and the rotational flow rules,this paper proposes a new method for eliminating the gas accumulation at the upper corner of the working face with the high-velocity rotary-jet fan.It uses the fluid computation software Fluent to simulate and analyze the three positions in the same section where the rotary-jet fan is placed.The simulation results show that this method is effective for eliminating the gas accumulation.They also show that the three positions where the rotary-jet fan is placed have different effects on the main wind flow and on eliminating the gas accumulation at the upper corner,being the most effective when the rotary-jet fan is placed in the central section of a ventilation lane and when the rotary-jet fan is placed at the angle between the gob and the top board.
