摘要 研究了电壁炉用贯流风机的三维内部流场,数值研究了不同结构参数(蜗壳间隙、蜗舌间隙、叶片扭曲角、叶片内圆周角、叶片外圆周角、叶片数、叶轮内外径之比和风机转速等)对直叶片和扭曲叶片(扭曲角60°)贯流风机性能(出风口体积流率)的影响,从而得到贯流风机叶轮在一定转速下,使风机性能较优的结构参数。通过自建的贯流风机性能参数检测台,实验测试了扭曲叶片贯流风机出风口平均风速和直叶片贯流风机出风口平均风速大小,并且和理论计算结果基本吻合。 This paper studies the three-dimensional internal flow field of the cross flow fan used in an electric fireplace and simulates the effects of the structural parameters(volute throat gap,volute case gap,twisted angle of a blade,its internal circumferential angle,its external circumferential angle,number of blades,ratio of internal diameter to external diameter of an impeller and fan speed) on the outlet volume flow rates of the straight blade and 60° twisted blade of the cross flow fan,thus obtaining the optimal structural parameters that provide its optimal performance at a certain rotating speed of the impeller.With the self-built device for detecting the cross flow fan′s performance parameters,the paper experimentally tests the air outlet average velocity of the twisted blade of the cross flow fan and its straight blade when the rotating speed of the impeller is fixed.The experimental test results agree with theoretical calculation results.The study results provide an important theoretical foundation for the optimal design of a cross flow fan.
